Pros
Some working colleagues are very nice and skillful.
Cons
Real diversity is more than just nice words on paper, but sadly not in Visma. This is not a good place to work if you are not neurotypical. Employee worth is set as a function of how fun you are to be around on parties and by the coffee machine, and does not necessarily reflect skills. Endless levels of management and very few people hired to do the actual work. And if you are not prepared to do the necessary upward grooming, you won't get anywhere in this company. No prioritization of skills development. The salary is equal to or lower than in government positions, but without the added benefits. No bonuses, and an annual pay raise that is a nice slap on the face to remind you you have no value.
