Pros
Working several years in Visma, I very rarely had issues with toxic behaviours from other coworkers or management, and anyway they were promptly resolved. The work ethics in this company is really good with a constant monitoring of the employees satisfaction. Work/life balange is good.
Cons
Not much to complain about. It's a big group so the teams are distributed and this can mean that growing in your career if you work far from the HQ can be difficult.
