Pros
good benefits- literally the only pro.
Cons
- Was asked by management to break fair housing laws EVERY day. Management forced us to offer different specials to different people based on their occupation. If the person was a Colts Player they would offer a higher special. The amount of Fair Housing laws Industry Indianapolis breaks is absolutely unbelievable. When I brought it up to my regional he lied and said it can directly affect me. - Was lied to about compensation upon hire. Was told I would receive a percentage of each lease. Instead I received a flat rate -Was lied to about my position. I was told upon hire that I would be a floating leasing agent and would be traveling. -Was lied to about hours. The week I started they added Sundays. We had to work 7 days in a row in order to get two consecutive days off. Zero work life balance. -Would recieve intense phone calls on weekends directly from owners -VILLAGE GREEN DOESNT PAY VENDORS. They owe one of the cleaners $80,000. -HR team incorrectly handled a coworkers sexual harassment claim - They are so awful the owners of Industry fired them last month. -This was truly the worst work experience I have EVER had. My entire team quit. The stress from management, micromanagement, long hours, pressure, and lies aren't worth it. RUN. -A other manager I was talking to put her two weeks in because her regional demanded her to come in the day after an active shooter on-site pointed a gun at her -WAY too much training courses. Waste of time. - Don't expect to move up in the company. There are Leasing Managers who have been there for 8 years.
