Ha nothing. I didn't not find my employment pleasant

Cons

Heavy load of work with employees who could not complete tasks regardless of all the training! Be a body at work and basically keep your job! No accountability at all.. Keeping on lazy staff and favoring people. Show off with great ceremonies and events for only the “special select few”. Voting on who might be elected for awards…. Not who deserves it based on physical work ethic and proof! Have senior “help” who doesn't actually help. Not allowing you to have personality and forcing you to stick to a script or you are docked on “points” and wrote up. Bad pay and lots of excuses for any concerns you have or no answer at all. Management doesn’t address issues and I’m sure violates tons of policies.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any pros based on my experience.

Cons

Village Green is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. The organization operates in complete chaos with deeply unethical leadership, zero accountability, and an absolutely toxic culture from the top down. Employees are treated as disposable, constantly misled, overworked, and blamed for failures created by incompetent management. Fear, favoritism, retaliation, and dishonesty were normalized daily. The company showed a shocking disregard for professionalism, employee wellbeing, operational standards, and resident trust. Turnover was extreme for a reason — competent employees do not stay. Leadership consistently protected themselves instead of fixing serious issues, and the environment became mentally draining and impossible to thrive in. I would strongly discourage anyone from working here or trusting this company with their career. In my experience, this organization should not be managing people, properties, or teams at the scale it does.
