Being able to problem solve is a huge plus on site as the day to day site challenges arise. Our hope is that our People First mentality is demonstrated in the way teams/departments work together as well as the development opportunities for promotion and always expanding and evolving benefits packages. While we understand being on call can be demanding, it is something our industry requires to ensure we take great care of our residents. Village Green recently introduced a new on call compensation plan that benefits the compensation of techs on call.
