Pros
-Plenty of diverse opportunities. They are big on promoting from within, which I can personally attest to. -A very welcoming culture. I've worked with some great, helpful people who have become friends outside of work. -Great health/401k benefits. -A fantastic CEO, who really cares about her employees and her company. -New employees take many in-depth courses to learn the ropes, so you don't feel like you're "thrown to the wolves". You're also able to take courses at any time, even as refreshers. -The department heads at our corporate office actually listen to suggestions from employees, and implement new systems to make your job more user-friendly.
Cons
Transition opportunities come at you fast, usually with aggressive timeframes, but they are more than worth it in the long run.
