Great People. Great Training. Great Opportunities. This is the best property management company I have worked for in the last 6 years. The growth opportunity is huge, they hire and promote from within, and they WANT you to succeed so badly! Training is available almost every day of the week. The gentlemen who conduct most of the Sales training, Joe and Dan, are so charismatic and inspirational that I find it hard to believe anyone can leave a training session without being SO excited to do their jobs. I have a mentor! The company actually takes the time to set you up with someone who will help you along your journey. I love my job and so will you!
Cons
Let's face it... property management is a tough business! If you are not willing to show up ready to give 110% this is not the industry for you. If you are willing to do that... this company will reward you for it! I've seen a few reviews that say they move you across the country only to fire you.... that is not true! There is plenty of opportunity to get promoted to a new community almost anywhere in the country... but they ask you if that is what you want to do and most certainly will not fire you if you are good at what you do. There are no CONS in my opinion.
