Pros
The benefits are good, it can be a fun work environment (depending on the property), typically the people you work with are great and everyone can vent to one another about the daily crap you deal with.
Cons
Management does not truly appreciate the employees who go above and beyond. The same pay is given to those who exceed expectations and those who fail to meet them. The owner, John Holtzman, seems to have no idea what it is like to work from the site level and policy changes take place nearly every week. Very poor communication between upper management, you can ask one person a question and get one answer and ask another the same question and get a different answer. The crap that you have to deal with from residents is only trumped by the constant pressure and negativity from management.
