      Wages are ok for the job

      Middle management haven't got a clue because they dont do the job, reprimand for the slightest errors then expect you to do shift swaps or overtime to fudge the figures for upper management who seem to think everything is ok when it clearly isn't, such a high turn over of staff now compared to when I 1st started.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
