As you’ll know from working at Verisure, employee feedback is very important to us. We run bi-monthly and yearly engagement survey and encourage all colleagues to be open so we can act on concerns and make Verisure the best possible place to work.
You’ve raised two points we’d like to address directly:
Sales commission structure – We recognise the importance of clarity and consistency for our sales teams, and this stability is something we have worked hard to maintain. As a result, we do not change the commission model more than 1x per year.
Forgery of signatures – Any such behaviour is against company policy. We have strict compliance processes in place, and if an employee were ever to act improperly, it is addressed through disciplinary procedures.
