Pros

OK pay. Modern clean conditions. Coffee shop and canteen. Good colleagues. Good training.

Cons

You will spend a lot of your time apologising to annoyed customers for all sorts of reasons. Some will be VERY angry and you'll hear the same problems every day. Sometimes we were very well staffed then they would stop recruiting and because people leave we then ended up with customers waiting ages to get through - and the customer will blame you for that of course and were usually annoyed already but now will be even more annoyed. Some people got good shift patterns but some got bad ones.

Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

Cons

They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
