No training, coaching and help received by team leaders. Mostly because they are a team leader by label not merits. No Team Leader skills. Very unethical. You're on your own and investing your own money and time. They will always cherry pick the best for themselves and leave you some bones to chew on. No interpersonal skills and 0 idea on how to manage.
They will over promise and never fail to under deliver. Staff turn-over has by far gotta be the lowest % in UK. Moral is 0 and support -5.
Long hours and no work life balance.
You are investing £400 to £500 per month on travel costs. For work and training. You will receive a car after 4 months and have £150 deducted. You will receive a fuel car with £150 per month. So the expanses of travel you have to make sure are 2 deals per month. Then you need 4 deals to trigger your minimum pay. So 6 deals a month to receive a minimum wage. But you need 10 deals so after the expenses you are still left with minimum wage.
No consistency in pay that you will recieve.
Team Leaders may be great people but they have no leading skills or whatsoever.
Desperate team leaders will just steal your deals and contacts. They will turn team members against each other. Most toxic environment i have ever experienced in my entire 26 years of work experience as a professional.
Veri confident sure worse environment i would ever work for moving forward. It can not get any worse in any possible way.
