Pros
The product is the only redeeming part about this company. Certain staff were good to work with and I enjoyed breaking company records.
Cons
The work asked of you to be paid minimum wage was extremely demanding and put a lot of mental stress/pressure on you. SLA's were almost impossible to reach unless you sat at your desk for the whole 9 hour shift. The Team Leader of this department had a militant micro managing style of work which put even more stress on to his workers, which did not help with the rapport in the team. He also came across as hypocritical at times and sent performance emails daily demeaning staff that were underperforming and praising staff that were performing, which could create hostility in the team. I was questioned about the times i went to the toilet as well, and to be managed about the times I could go to the toilet was not a good luck for the TL. My experience was genuinely awful and I would not wish my worst enemy to work at this company.
