Pros
The wage isn’t too bad The colleagues are super friendly The office is really nice and spacious You get a £500 bonus if you refer a friend (after they finished 6 months probation)
Cons
Long opening hours Hard to progress Difficult customers They just recently reduced working hours by 30 mins per day for a “better social life”. The 9-6 shift still finishes at 6 so doesn’t positively affect the social life at all, and offices are open till 9 so most of the time you’ll still end up with a late finish which doesn’t help at all with social life.
