Pros
Since joining Verisure I have been made to feel very at home and welcome. All staff and managers are eager to help and to make sure you have the knowledge and supported needed in a new role. I have been able to take on the role in the business and with the support of my manager hit the ground running for a company that is looking to invest in people and their values. The company has a set of values that is lived by all those who work for them, the senior managers push the values by living them and not just using them as buzz words. They follow their own code and are growing at a rate that supports the theory they mean business. I am excited for future opportunities and would encourage anyone looking for work to consider Verisure as a home.
Cons
Nothing serious jumps out at me currently, staff often choose McDonalds takeaway over KFC. But nobody's perfect.
