      Company car, company phone, and thats it.

      Cons

      Always getting my wages wrong and now even getting fined for every sale we don't hit below our target ! Working through the whole of the pandemic but get nothing but penalized and given unrealistic targets.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
