      Pros

      Staff at my branch have went out there way to help the newbys settle and the info and training given is more than needed to do the job well can't fault any of them

      Cons

      I'm not sure there are any cons things could have been done different to make learning thei role easier but rapid growth of the company means one on one coaching is impossible

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
