      They really focus to promote internal people, provide all the required tools, and a really good oportunity to make good money.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
