You're just another number that produces numbers to them, even though they try to pretend they care about you. Very clear favouritism on the management level. Nobody knows what the commission structure is really like, ask anyone and you always get different answers, dodgy pay check calculations done by branch managers (if they don't like you you're out of luck). False promises and lies spoon fed to you to get you to sell more.. Deception is the name of the game with this company in terms of how they treat their employees. Being a team leader you also find you do three job roles and get less money than if you didn't. All in all I got sold on the promise of a brilliant future, very good money and the company's morals.. Only to find I was just lied to.
