What's great about the Contact Centre department is that everyone gets on with each other and the environment is great to be in. There is diversity and allows people to meet people from different backgrounds and learn a lot.
The department in the Contact Centre allows progression through skills in your current role through feedback and teaching in order to develop. Speaking of development, it allows you to develop your skills into a senior role to be able to take a different kind of responsibility along the way.
