      Firstly, you’re welcomed by amazing teams and helped thoroughly throughout your journey. Everyone’s positive and all clearly working towards the same goals making a great work environment. You also get to control your own work, manage your self and are rewarded with a fantastic salary.

      Cons

      If you’re not properly managing your diary you will find it difficult to manage your work load. But management will support and help you mama get this.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
