      - Great office area - Good vibes with certain coworkers - Competitive commission based salary and bonuses - Great for developing sales skills if lucky with team leader

      Cons

      - Not particularly good for career climbing. - Parts of business is quite shady and exploits customers. - Competitive but quite tacky culture. Have to be lucky with what team you end up with.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
