Pros
There is a lot to learn in every area as it uses lot of state of the art processes and systems, plus it is probably the most complex international organisation ever (after GE). If you make it here, you make it anywhere. Lot of training available, and relatively many opportunities to move around between functions or countries.
Cons
Lots and lots of politics, difficult to maneuver, some say 90% of your time is selling your idea through the lot of interests existing, and only 10% you can work. Any HR related topic (work-life balance, promotions, talent management, etc.) is rather said than done, simply it depends too much on your line mgr, who is not trained and controlled to do what the HR strategy says (the strategy though is not a bad one at all)
