Money is good, benefits are good...but need to know how to treat their employees with respect.

Upper managment lets positon of power get out of hand, they brag of their ethics policy, but truthfully speaking, this company managment in the United States has no ethics and they treat their employees very poorly, take away their dignity and spit you out.
