Pros

Learning Experience... really a good place to start working. Even in the initial jobs you will have huge responsibilities. Lots of training programs are made in the company. You really get to see a very good picture of a consumers product company. There is an excellent environment where you will find very good people to learn from and work with.

Cons

The biggest downside is compensation. I think that payment is not really made the way it has to be done. As they have very high rotation of employees, you will probably find yourself stuck between deciding what is best for you, leaving to earn more money or staying to learn more and have an excellent work experience

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
