Pros
Unilever is a company surrounded with good people. The office seems more like a family than just co-workers. They ensure that people are rewarded for a job well done. Great place to learn about the Consumer Goods Industry, especially if you are just graduating. I highly recommend trying to start your career with this company.
Cons
There can be times with a lack of management when you are a new employee. If you reach out to others, the employees are usually well trained and have been with the company for many years so they are willing to help you learn.
