Pros
Its one of the best employer if you are a management graduate, the growth is quick and lots of appreciation for little work done. Also you have the opportunity to move to unilever of another country, but through hard work. this organisation gives you the exposure to transform you from a amateur in to a management professional.
Cons
Managerial workforce at base level is huge which then leads to saturation when promotion time arrives as opportunities are limited at the top. employee retainment has been low since past two years due to some "not so impressive" policies deployed by the top management.
