      Flexibility in schedule; not too demanding Great pensions programme Communications bulletins are frequent and helpful Sustainability programme is source of pride

      Cons

      No adherence to policies - very individually driven Lack of true performance management -- limited upward mobility Base salaries for core roles generally much less than market -- variable does not make up for it

      Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

      Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues
