Pros

Great Customer service and discount flight benefits. Very helpful transportation management.

Cons

Buses were constantly breaking down during driver training. You came to train with a trainer and thinking you and another driver were the only ones to be trained and drive but after arriving you find out that they have not buses in service and they had to combine trainees and trainer on one bus, so thus you had 7 trainees and 2 trainers on a bus and they wanted you to drive and learn the route and you don't get enough behind the wheel training and then they want to rush you thru training and get tested to pass. Start up pay for drivers should be at least $25 an hour especially drive on the airport operations area and having to maneuver around the planes and vehicles on the ramp while you were traveling to pick up the employees coming to and from work.

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
