Pros

The flight benefits and working at the airport was the fun part of the experience..

Cons

The managers' and supervisors are arrogant and lack any compassion for their employees no matter how long you've worked for them. Also, they try to hire as many friends and family as possible to keep the flight benefits within their tight knit circle. Very unprofessional and petty.

Great job and customers. Nice airport.

Cons

Bad management. Hateful co workers. I’ve worked airline industry for 35 years. I have never worked in such a hateful, vicious environment. About 8 of us quit around the same time because of many mean co-workers and supervisors. Anyone not Hispanic was and still is treated bad and picked on. I hope that American Airlines cancels their agreement with Unifi, and hires a better company to run the Palm Springs operation. They need a company that follows the rules of the United States when it comes to treating their employees fairly. Any fair treatment rules not followed are covered up by Unifi management.
