Drastic pay cuts..no paid time off..no holiday pay unless you work the holiday..insurance coverage for $1000 per month..no pay increases ever..low priority on non revenue travel so you could be sitting in airports for days..starting pay $2 lower than other airlines in area..working flights with not enough help and getting reprimanded when flights go out late..duh..
