Research shows that this demographic group are corporately ignorant because of inexperience and do not group think, which is leveraged against them at DGS paying low hourly rates, limited time off, no profit sharing, low standby priority, parallel seniority schemes that don't cross to mainline., While yet performing at the same level of professionalism and required training as Delta Mainline employees. YOU WILL WORK FOR LESS PAY AND BENEFITS and the revenue that your station generates from your labor and efforts will go into the DAL coffers THAT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN THE FORM OF ANNUAL PROFIT SHARING TO MAINLINE EMPLOYEES AT A RATE OF 10 TO 20% OF THEIR BASE SALARY DEPENDENT OF ANNUAL DELTA PROFITS!!!!
