low pay, insurance is not affordable. raises are 6 ,18 and 33 months. topped out after 33 months with only an 85 cent raise from hire date. Not career oriented. Only good for part time or ready reserve. Company only interested in managing to the profit margin not managing to the operational staffing needs, Too hard a job for the pay.
