Pros
Some teams have deeply dedicated and driven staff that make work interesting and dynamic. Job can also bevery engaging purely because it includes direct contact with beneficiaries and one can actually see change taking place. Or adjust if the current approach is not working.
Cons
UNDP is a massive bureaucracy and all activities require very precise administrative planning of procedures. Some teams appear to be lethargic. Current funding situation with dramatic shifting and shortage of donor funds certainly makes future of project uncertain.
