Overworked and underpaid became a realization once the pandemic began. Management does not appreciate your ability to wear multiple hats. Opportunities are not only NOT available, but to get them you have to wait your turn, because Management will always cater to the demographic that looks like them. This BU is losing women and people of color at a high rate.
