      Pros

      Turner is a big, established company. There are many locations to choose from if you choose to transfer and it is international. The pay seems to be pretty good for my position, but I know the higher levels make a LOT more money.

      Cons

      Construction can be fickle. Sometimes there's work; sometimes there isn't. It can become worrisome when work is slow.

      It was a good company when I first started.

      They were constantly trying to change my role once new people were brought in. My opinion did not matter.
