      Pros

      Great pension and travel benefits, supportive flexible work life balance and working with some of the best people in life who sincerely care about their work and of others.

      Cons

      Working in silos, us vs them mentality even though employed by same organisation. Highly political, susceptible to manoeuvres and 'empire' building, tend to displace good employees and tacit knowledge.

      The company is growing fast and a positive disruptor in the industry. Every employee can make a difference to the bottom line and elevate our position even more. People are a top priority and there is no lack of work to go around, which is both challenging and fun.
