Pros
Can listen to music/podcasts during your shift, about it.
Cons
Everything, awful hours, i started at a 4 PM to 12:30 AM shift which was in perpetual overtime to 2:30 AM normal days, and working weekends doing my normal hours, zero time to actually reset your sleep schedule so you're perpetually in a haze from lack of sleep, and they have you work right up until that time limit. You feel like a cog in a machine, the job itself is monotonous but bearable, staring at license plates for 8-10 hours at a time is at least tolerable but the schedule will have most people miserable. The time clock system is archaic and as i just found out is used against you, you will get nickle and dimed on your way out the door, manager waited until an hour before time was due for the week to email me saying my time wasn't showing up, ok, here's proof i submitted it, oh, sorry, you need to round to the nearest quarter hour, shaving time off of my hours that i worked. Incredibly high turnover rate for reasons that became obvious to me the first day in and are even now becoming apparent to me days after i quit. Avoid at all costs unless you're desperate, they will use you and abuse you, i would give it a zero if i could, going into the negatives with my most recent interaction with my pay being withheld for a week over a technicality. Gotta give them points for causing me to have a mental breakdown though, so we'll even it back out at ZERO.
