The pay and benefits seemed attractive at first, with a decent salary and company-paid medical coverage. It quickly became clear that this was just a lure to trap employees into a nightmare.

Executive leadership is obsessed with growth and revenue, but the staff beneath them bear the full weight of their ambition. Incoming accounts and clients pile on an impossible workload, and asking for help only makes things worse. Requests for support are ignored, deadlines are tightened, and employees are forced to work even longer hours. Morale plummets as frustration and exhaustion take over.
