      Pros

      Lots of hands on learning and it's fast paced so there is very minimal down time. Benefits were good too.

      Cons

      corporate managers are contradicting. It's rare to find a district manager who genuinely appreciates all that you do. Definitely over worked and under paid. No matter how hard you work it will be just as hard to even grown within the company. You can forget about having a work life balance too.

      great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

      Cons

      Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
