      Learn a lot and every day is a new challenge and project Great environment and easy-going, help is there when needed Working with latest tools and you learn industry processes

      Cons

      Will have to deal with regular clients (non-design) which might take time from finishing projects There was a learning curve when everything wrong is blamed on a person rather on machinery Unrealistic turn-around times given Owners took a while to warm up

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
