      Enjoyed working with the direct members of my specific HR Team

      Cons

      Terrible culture (at least within the HR department) where there was insane turnover. No one stays long and those who do are management that are toxic. Pay is criminally low considering the insane burnout.

      Pros

      I love my job! The people are great, my work is interesting, lots of change that avoids professional stagnation and allows for my career growth.

      Cons

      Work can feel overwhelming at times, but that is often what pushes me to do better.
