Pros

Working in sports, resume builder, short-term professional growth, free trip to MLS Cup/Superbowl for tenured employees, a lot of the coordinator and/or entry-level employees are very hard working and nice.

Cons

Management is awful, pay is terrible (overtime was a percentage HALF-time and I regularly received minimum wage adjustments for my pay to be legal) company is disingenuous, culture is forced, work/life balance is non-existent, minimal career advancement, extremely NEGATIVE, vindictive, and cutthroat work environment, forward thinking isn't a thing, very few people are genuinely happy to be there.

Pros

Because the staffing is so lean, lots of opportunity to gain experience and skills in short period of time. Can be an exciting atmosphere at times.

Cons

Horrible upper management who are all obsessed with pleasing the Krafts and increasing the Krafts' fortune at the expense of treating employees with any respect or appreciation. Extremely low pay for the number of hours worked - they take full advantage of the "Patriots" brand to pay people well below average. Instead of trying to keep valuable employees, mentality is "if you aren't happy, we have 10000 people willing to replace you in a second". Bad work life balance - they expect work to come first, then family. Kraft family completely disengaged from the employees.

Pros

Working events was always fun, there are some great people in the company who truly do care about your wellbeing and development, lots of young people

Cons

Some people in management are definitely riding on their high horse, taking credit for work that lower level employees do, they treat you like you're disposable because they have a line of people out the door who are willing to do the same job for free just to say they work for the Patriots, HR department does not know how to deal with conflict or how to address issues with tenured employees, huge discrepancies between different departments when it comes to expectations around attending major events.
