      Working for a sports organization? Co-worker support and team mentality to get it done.

      Cons

      Benefits and salary lag behind of similar positions. Constant shoot first and hopefully no questions will need to be answered mentality which leads to damage control later.

      I love my job! The people are great, my work is interesting, lots of change that avoids professional stagnation and allows for my career growth.

      Cons

      Work can feel overwhelming at times, but that is often what pushes me to do better.
