      Friendly people across the whole business.

      Cons

      sub standard benefits including vacation, expensive health plans and poor 401k match. Management believe the ' thrill ' of working for the Pats/Kraft Group is a sufficient excuse to deliver a low end benefit package.

      Pros

      I love my job! The people are great, my work is interesting, lots of change that avoids professional stagnation and allows for my career growth.

      Cons

      Work can feel overwhelming at times, but that is often what pushes me to do better.
