Please beware of joining this company. I’m yet to come across a company so mediocre,inert and lethargic in its functionings. It was shocking to see a French multinational of such repute turn out this way. There are people managers here who apparently can’t write or speak a proper sentence in English running a team like headless chickens. Office environment is more like a temple dedicated to mediocrity and most have nothing better to do than indulge in useless politics and factionalism. Career growth is proportionally linked to one’s ability to suck up to the higher ups. The leadership is France is barely aware or interested in how mismanaged and toxic the working environment is in India.
