Pros

The culture in the Irvine location is very enterprising, especially since they're part of a large, global company. They tend to attract creative thinkers and very nice professionals. I worked there in a hiring capacity for almost 2 years and the team brought on some very talented individuals. We worked under an exceptional HR executive, and while she was there the team did well, even with a huge hiring initiative tapping our resources. The hiring managers, software and systems engineers were excellent to work with overall. The managers cared about their teams and teams seemed to work well under tight deadlines from large clients. I was treated well by everyone and enjoyed my time there and felt it was a professional setting. The compensation seemed moderately competitive for the industry and benefits were/are outstanding.

Cons

Since I was there during a large growth upswing, there were the usual growth challenges you might expect such as delays in hiring, tight space, etc. Plus being part of a larger/global company had its challenges in red tape, management layers, etc. That said, management did try and provide for more space, new processes, etc. as time allowed. The HR and recruitment group also underwent some massive changes at one point, resulting in turnover as might be expected. During that time communications were challenging as all processes were scrutinized. This process also slowed down the ability to effectively hire at times. I did witness a large number of employees who had to work long hours, through holidays, etc., to meet client deadlines. The company tried to help this situation with the hiring, which sometimes alleviated this situation, but morale wasn't it's highest in several teams.

Pros

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* None. Used to be a great place to work. I enjoyed the work I did and the various teams I worked with.

Cons

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* -Health benefits have gotten worse each year. -Constant layoffs. -Changed from an 8 hour 3 shift day, 5 days a week to a 10 hour 2 shift day, 4 days out of the week. The idea was to save money on overtime, then they started asking the employees to stay the 4 hours between shifts. Then they started asking the employees to work the extra 3 days. Then they made the employees sign a waiver, making the 3 days mandatory when needed. -Flat raises, everyone gets the same raise. -Lower management no longer cares -Upper management is too focused on vanity projects or no longer cares
