Pros
There are many "moral boosting" events. Health benefits and 401k are good. Vacation time can't be beat.
Cons
Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They lie and say they value innovation, but your ideas/suggestions don't matter. If a manager didn't think of it, it's not happening. Poor morale. Powerful nepotism - it's not who you are or who you know, it's who you're related too. Raises are 2%, a year, basically across the board, whether you're employee of the year or barely conscious at work. Salaried people sell their soul to the company. Never accept a salaried position.
