Pros
Good 401k match and vacation schedule. Flexible hours as needed depending on manager.
Cons
Toxic environment - attrition rate is very high for a reason. Legacy programs pay the bills but are treated like red-headed step children. Too much micromanagement and metric chasing. French managers take 3 weeks off like normal; US people have to work a deal with the devil and still stay in touch while away. If you are going use the French management style, give your employees the French benefits. Pizza parties and kudos are nice, but consider paying people for all the extra hours they work (not just the contractors).
