Pros

Medical benefits for you and your family. Yearly health check up.

Cons

Lab infrastructure is poor. You get labtime for half day only as other teams also has to be supported but you have to justify your work for full day. You will end up fighting with your peers for the labtime. On top of that, 24 hrs deadline for every task to be resolved. Charge number culture is worst, add extra pressure on you. So many environment/build issues. Simulators breaks at any time, so hybrid policy is a scam. You have to be in office all 5 days to justify ur work at EOD. Overseas management is treated as demigods. Their word is the prophecy. You cant counter them. Zero KT. Team outings on weekends. No technical managers. No travel allowance Office location is not good. Office is not in any tech park, it is just two commercial buildings which are 1 km apart, so it lacks the amenities of a tech park. Worst IT team, barely responds. Added overheads like lab dress, lab floors. On lab floor, company dont even have drinking water facility and restrooms.

Pros

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* None. Used to be a great place to work. I enjoyed the work I did and the various teams I worked with.

Cons

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* -Health benefits have gotten worse each year. -Constant layoffs. -Changed from an 8 hour 3 shift day, 5 days a week to a 10 hour 2 shift day, 4 days out of the week. The idea was to save money on overtime, then they started asking the employees to stay the 4 hours between shifts. Then they started asking the employees to work the extra 3 days. Then they made the employees sign a waiver, making the 3 days mandatory when needed. -Flat raises, everyone gets the same raise. -Lower management no longer cares -Upper management is too focused on vanity projects or no longer cares
